Refund policy
We want every Bramshaw order to feel right. This policy explains how returns work for online orders placed at bramshawbedding.co.uk. It does not affect your statutory rights.
Changed your mind?
If you change your mind, you can tell us within 14 days of receiving your order. You then have another 14 days to send the goods back to us.
To start a return, email hello@bramshawbedding.co.uk with your order number, the item or items you would like to return and the reason for the return. We will confirm the return address and the next steps.
Condition of returned bedding
Please return items unused, unwashed and with their labels and packaging where possible. Opening the outer delivery packaging to inspect your order is fine, but bedding must not have been used, slept in, washed, marked or damaged.
For health and hygiene reasons, if an item is supplied in sealed packaging or with a hygiene seal, it cannot be returned for a change of mind once that seal has been removed or broken, unless the item is faulty.
Return postage
For change-of-mind returns, you are responsible for the cost of returning the item to us. Please use a tracked service and keep proof of postage until your refund has been processed.
If your item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, contact us and we will put it right. In those cases, we will not ask you to pay the reasonable cost of returning the item.
Refunds
Once your return has been received, or once you provide proof that you have sent it back, we will process your refund within 14 days.
Refunds are made to the original payment method. For eligible cancelled orders, we refund the price paid for the returned goods plus the standard outbound delivery cost. If you chose a more expensive delivery option, we only refund up to the cost of our standard delivery option.
If returned goods show signs of use, washing, damage or handling beyond what is needed to inspect them, we may reduce the refund to reflect the loss in value.
Faulty or incorrect items
If something arrives faulty, damaged or incorrect, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and a photo of the issue. We will offer the appropriate remedy, which may include a replacement, repair or refund depending on the circumstances.
Exchanges
We are not offering automatic exchanges at launch. The simplest option is to return the unwanted item and place a new order for the replacement item you would like.
Before dispatch
If you need to cancel or change an order before it has been dispatched, contact us as soon as possible. If the order has already left us, the returns process above will apply.
