Overview

These terms apply when you use bramshawbedding.co.uk or place an order with Bramshaw Bedding Co. Please read them before ordering. They do not affect your statutory rights.

Bramshaw Bedding Co. is operated by Black Sheep Marketing Ltd trading as Bramshaw Bedding Co.. You can contact us at hello@bramshawbedding.co.uk.

Products and availability

We take care to describe and photograph products accurately, but colours and textures can look different on different screens. Product measurements are approximate unless stated otherwise.

Products are subject to availability. If we cannot fulfil an order, we will contact you and refund any amount paid for the unavailable item.

Orders and payment

When you place an order, you are making an offer to buy the selected goods. Your order is accepted when we confirm dispatch or otherwise confirm that we can fulfil it.

Payment is taken through the payment options shown at checkout. We do not store full card details on our own systems.

Prices

Prices are shown in GBP. Bramshaw Bedding Co. is not VAT registered at launch, so VAT is not shown separately.

We may update prices, offers and delivery charges from time to time. The price you pay is the price shown at checkout when you place your order.

Delivery

We currently deliver to UK addresses only. Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout before payment.

We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2-3 working days, unless a product page or order update says otherwise.

Returns and cancellations

If you change your mind about an online order, you can tell us within 14 days of receiving it and then send the goods back within a further 14 days. Full details are in our Refund Policy.

Returned bedding must be unused, unwashed and in a returnable condition. Hygiene-related restrictions may apply where sealed packaging or hygiene seals have been removed, unless the item is faulty.

Faulty or incorrect goods

If an item is faulty, damaged on arrival or not what you ordered, email us with your order number and photographs of the issue. We will offer the appropriate remedy under UK consumer law.

Promotions

Discount codes and offers may be changed, paused or withdrawn. Unless stated otherwise, offers cannot be combined and do not apply to past orders.

Use of the site

You must not misuse the website, interfere with its operation or use it for unlawful activity. We may update, suspend or withdraw parts of the website when needed.

Liability

Nothing in these terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, or your statutory consumer rights.

We supply products for domestic and private use. We are not responsible for business losses, loss of profit or loss of opportunity arising from use of the website or products.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may also have rights under the laws that apply where you live.
