Shipping policy
UK delivery
Bramshaw Bedding Co. currently delivers to UK addresses only.
Orders are dispatched from the New Forest. Delivery options, charges and estimated delivery timeframes are shown at checkout before you place your order.
Dispatch times
We aim to dispatch in-stock orders within 2-3 working days after order confirmation, unless a product page or order update says otherwise. Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding UK bank holidays.
If an item becomes unavailable or there is a delay with your order, we will contact you using the email address supplied at checkout.
Delivery address
Please check your delivery address carefully before placing your order. If you notice an error, email hello@bramshawbedding.co.uk as soon as possible. We cannot guarantee changes once an order has been dispatched.
Failed or returned deliveries
If a parcel is returned to us because the delivery address was incorrect, incomplete or the parcel was not collected, we may ask you to pay the reasonable cost of re-delivery.
Damaged or missing items
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete or not as expected, please email us as soon as possible with your order number and photographs of the parcel and item. We will review the issue and put it right.
